    About Poochee Play

    Our Mission

     

    A secure, run-free dog field based in the heart of the Ayrshire countryside.


    Our mission is simple: to give every dog the freedom to run, play, and explore safely, while owners can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

    Poochee Play offers open space, a woodland area, jumps, tunnels, and a fun seesaw for training or play.


    We’ve made it easy for everyone, with benches for owners to unwind, poo-bag stations around the field, a tap for thirsty pups, and a wash-down hose for muddy paws.


    We also welcome dog walkers who’d like to hire the field for group walks or private sessions.


    At Poochee Play, it’s all about creating happy moments, wagging tails, and safe adventures — where dogs can truly be free, and owners can simply enjoy watching them play.

    Arriving and Leaving

     

    • When you arrive at the Run Free Field, the gate should be open.
       
    • If the gate is closed, please do not enter the field and wait until it is open for your session.
       
    • Once inside, please close the gate securely behind you before letting your dogs out of the car — this helps keep all dogs safe.
       
    • If you arrive more than 5 minutes early, please wait until the previous guests have left the gated area before entering.
       
    • As your session comes to an end, ensure your dogs are safely back in your vehicle before opening the gate to leave.
       
    • Please leave the gate open for the next visitor once you have exited.
       

    We want every visit to be safe, relaxing, and enjoyable for all our furry friends and their families.

    Do's and Dont's

     

    • No smoking anywhere on site.
       
    • No grooming of dogs on site.
       
    • If you wish to share your booking with friends, please ensure you’ve purchased the correct slot for the total number of dogs attending.
       
    • Always pick up after your dogs. Free poo bags are available throughout the site, so there’s no reason to leave any behind.
       
    • Please do not leave toys, balls, or uneaten treats in the field.
       
    • If your dog loves to dig, we have a designated sand pit for them to enjoy! Please encourage digging there.
       
    • If your dog causes any damage to the field, please let us know so we can fill and repair it promptly for everyone’s safety.
       

    We appreciate your help in keeping the park clean, fun, and safe for every visitor — both two- and four-legged!

    Health and Welfare


    • All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations.
       
    • Dogs should be on a lead when entering and leaving the park.
       
    • Dogs must be under their owner’s control at all times while in the field.
       
    • Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in the bins provided.
       
    • Do not bring your dog to the field if they have been unwell within the past 48 hours, as this could pose a risk to other dogs.
       
    • Never leave dogs unattended in the field.
       

    These guidelines help keep the park a safe, happy, and healthy place for all our furry visitors and their families.

    Equipment

     

    • Poochee Play is not liable for any death, damage, injury, or loss to any person, animal, or third party while using the facility or any of the equipment within it.
       
    • The equipment is for canine use only.
       
    • Before using the facility or any equipment, please ensure your dog has been checked by a vet and is physically fit and strong enough to participate safely.
       
    • Do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions, as the surfaces may become slippery.
       
    • Dogs must never be picked up or placed on obstacles that are above ground level.
       

    Your dog’s safety is our top priority — please use the equipment responsibly and at your own risk.

    Cancellations

     

     

    • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your booking.
       
    • We understand that Scottish weather can be unpredictable! If there are unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your booking for a time that suits you.
       

    We’ll always do our best to be flexible and make sure you and your dogs can still enjoy your visit, whatever the weather brings.
